Shipping Carriers

We ship all orders using reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Processing Times & Cut-Off

Processing Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in the U.S.), based on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: There is no processing on major holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Standard Shipping

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 7–25 business days
  • Cost: $4.99
  • Ships Monday to Friday

Fast Shipping

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 10–15 business days
  • Cost: $14.99
  • Ships Monday to Friday

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 7 days for tracking updates to appear.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you. If tracking hasn’t updated within the expected timeframe, please feel free to reach out to us.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Providing an incorrect address may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Lost or misdelivered packages
  • Additional reshipping fees

Once your order departs from our facility, SI23Vintage is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from forwarding, redirection, or errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

Custom Orders: Personalized items may take longer to process.
Shipping Limits: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
