How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 180 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via our Contact Us page or by email.

Please include the following information to ensure a smooth process:

  • The name used on the order
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos if the item is defective
  • Your preference: refund or replacement

Important: We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., typos, incorrect uploads, or wrong product choices). Please double-check your order before submitting!

What’s Eligible for Return

  • Eligible Items: Only regular-priced items (sale items are final and non-returnable).
  • Timeframe: Within 180 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • Tags still attached
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping

  • Free Returns: Only applies to items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • After your return request is approved:
    • We’ll send you the return address.
    • Securely pack your item with a copy of the order confirmation.
    • Ship the item via your local postal service or courier of your choice. Be sure to keep the tracking number and share it with us.
    • Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
