Refund Policy

At SI23Vintage, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make every experience with us clear, fair, and hassle-free. Below is how we handle exchanges, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Order Exchanges

We encourage you to carefully check the size, design, and quantity before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for incorrect selections once your order is in production.

If you need to make changes to your order, please cancel it within 24 hours and place a new one. We are happy to assist — just reach out!

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Within 24 hours of purchase
  • After 24 hours: A 10% cancellation fee may apply, as production may have already started.

To cancel an order, email us at support@mitsubishifan.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 180 days of delivery if any of the following occur:

  • The item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong design, size, or material
  • The item differs significantly from the product description

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Damage not caused during production or shipping
  • Missing original packaging or tags
  • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads) that don’t affect use

What You’ll Need to Submit a Return or Refund Request

To process your return or refund request, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Photo evidence and a description of the issue
  • Shipping label or delivery confirmation
  • Any relevant communication

How It Works

  1. Start Your Request: Email us at support@mitsubishifan.com to initiate a return.
  2. We’ll Review: Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. Ship Your Item: Once approved, return the item via your local courier and send us the tracking number.
  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Receive Confirmation: We will notify you when your return is received and inspected.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the return.
  • You will be refunded in full, including the original shipping fee.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10–15 days, please contact your bank or card provider for updates.
